Review the Quote Before Authorizing Work
Your quote should identify the project, drawing revision, trade boundaries, estimate type, fee, payment terms and delivery date. Confirm whether marked plans, editable schedules, supplier-price inputs and later revisions are included.
Quantity takeoff versus priced estimate
A quantity takeoff records measured scope and units. A priced estimate adds agreed material, labor and equipment rates and allowances. A supplier quote, bid coordination service or construction contract is a separate scope and should not be assumed to be included.
Incomplete drawings and rush requests
List missing details and required assumptions before requesting the package. A preferred deadline is a request until the schedule is agreed. Confirm any additional work or rush fee in the quote. There is no automatic price calculator or published universal fee on this page.
