Terms of Service

By accessing and using BuildMetric's website and estimating services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

1. Service Delivery

BuildMetric provides quantity takeoffs and cost estimating services based on the blueprints, specifications, and addenda provided by the client. The accuracy of our estimates is highly dependent on the quality and completeness of the documents provided.

2. Liability Limitation

While BuildMetric utilizes advanced software and dual-verification quality assurance to ensure maximum accuracy, estimating is an inherent projection. BuildMetric shall not be held liable for any construction cost overruns, missed deadlines, or loss of profit resulting from the use of our estimates. The final bid submission and associated risks remain the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Revisions

Minor revisions based on architectural addenda received during the active estimating period may be subject to additional fees depending on the scope of changes.
