Quantity Takeoff or Priced Estimate
A quantity takeoff measures materials from drawings. A cost estimate adds agreed material, labor and equipment rates. For bid preparation, identify the trade scope, specifications, alternates and addenda, then confirm which quantities and pricing assumptions are included in the quote.
Review quantity takeoff services and deliverables, or review pricing and quote scope before selecting the trade services below.
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Estimating
For an MEP enquiry, identify whether you need one trade or a combined package. Review the mechanical scope, electrical scope and plumbing scope. Separate equipment power, controls, piping, insulation and testing responsibilities so an interface is neither omitted nor counted twice.
The sample portfolio includes a selected MEP quantity schedule. Confirm specialist systems, drawing revisions and included trades in the project quote. A takeoff does not replace design coordination, engineering or commissioning.
Civil Scope and Project Context
For site packages, compare sitework scope, earthwork quantities, excavation boundaries and underground utility inputs. Define interfaces so work is not counted twice.
Browse existing location pages to organize your project enquiry. Coverage and rates need confirmation in the quote.
